If I really should wish you all the happiness and set you free.
Tomorrow comes and gone
Yesterday is still the same
The day after tomorrow, the day before yesterday
Have you ever spared a thought for me?
There’s no use to ask, no use to question
My voice can never be heard
My concern will never be appreciated
They just fly away like a wild bird.
Tomorrow seems to be so far
But, boy, wherever you are, I wish you safe and sound
You should know that love is always around
Just take good care and stay safe.
Memories are meant to be cherished
As you said, love will not last but memory does
Though the bond was just here today and gone tomorrow
I have never regretted it, just so you know.
